  • Beschreibung: Stadtansicht des Ortes Cori in Latium. Eine Menschenmenge drängt sich vor den Resten des ehemaligen Castor und Pollux Tempels an einer Tribüne. An einer Hauswand lehnt ein geöffneter Sarg oder Kasten mit der Gestalt eines Bischofs im Ornat. Ein junger Mann verteilt etwas an die Anhänger des Kultes(?).

  • Description: Town view of the town of Cori in Lazio. A crowd of people crowds around a stand in front of the remains of the former Castor and Pollux temple. An open coffin or box with the figure of a bishop in regalia leans against the wall of a house. A young man is distributing something to the followers of the cult(?).

  • Condition: Rather good condition. Foxing is visible on the entire sheet. A clear liquid stain is visible along the lower edge of the sheet. Another, smaller liquid stain in the upper right corner. The image makes a good impression.
