Returns Policy Our 14 day return policy is subject to prompt action and the item(s) being returned in the same condition as when dispatched and in the original packaging, clothing must be unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and original packaging. Any item that has been dispatched for a period of 14 days or more will not be accepted for return. If you receive damaged or faulty product(s), we will exchange if in stock (we issue a refund only if the product(s) are not in stock). This will be done when the product(s) is received back to us. Where a return applies, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is returned safely and you should obtain proof of postage. Buyers are responsible for cost of any item returned.
