Red Dragon Darts was founded in 1975 by two highly skilled and pioneering automotive engineers when they fell in love with the game whilst working as senior product engineers.

Soon the very talented engineers had researched every facet of the tungsten market, and decided to set up a tungsten darts operation like no other on the planet.

We only accept PayPal with a confirmed address. No other payment methods are currently accepted, all major debit and credit cards can be used through PayPal without having an account. 1. WHAT ? ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?

For UK deliveries: we aim to dispatch the goods within 24 hours (excluding from 11:00am Saturday and Sunday, UK Holidays and Bank Holidays) of your order being accepted. Personalised goods will be dispatched 7-10 days (excluding weekends, UK Holidays and Bank Holidays) from when your order is accepted. We aim to deliver the goods within 2 days of dispatch (excluding weekends, UK Holidays and UK Bank Holidays).

Larger items such as dartboards will be delivered within 2 days via courier. Red Dragon cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from the postal or courier providers. If you live outside mainland UK (Isles, EU or Non EU) your order will be despatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holiday periods and bank holidays) unless we need to obtain a quote.

2. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

Royal Mail advise that you wait up to 7 days until you contact us. If you still have concerns please call us on 01656 652121. Don't forget personalised items will take longer to produce and send out.

3. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

All small items are delivered through your letter box via Royal Mail. All larger items or mixed orders are delivered via a courier service and will need a signature upon receipt. If there is no one home they will leave a calling card with a contact number for you to arrange a re-delivery or collection.

Alternatively, they may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbo ur .
