DESCRIPTION

On offer today is a beautiful solid, natural Australian opal pendant set in sterling silver. I wont say anything else, the picture shows how beautiful it is. The image was taken indoors under electric light. When you first get it please take it outdoors to look at in natural sunlight. You are doing this so your looking at it in the same conditions the image was taken with. I use natural sunlight to take pictures of opal as this is the best light source for opal photography to display the raw natural beauty of opal.

SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping with unlimited free combined shipping. You pay for the first item to be sent, we add any others you buy into the same parcel free of charge.

To get combined shipping you need to add all of your items into your shopping cart, then request an invoice. Doing this means your purchases will be paid in one order getting you a lower price.

Combined shipping

If you pay separate shipping fees instead of sending for an invoice I will offer you a store credit to the amount overpaid. If you dont want this I will have to cancel the order, refund you, then resend a new invoice with the correct amount. Its a lot faster and easier for both of us if you can just message me for an invoice. I tend to get onto this quite quickly in the hope you will pay by 2.30pm allowing me time to pack and get your order out the same day.

Pricing

Just to save people asking me why I charge what I do, I am showing what it costs me for shipping and tracking, NOT including packing materials. Prices accurate as at 21.11.2016. Registered shipping within Australia. You pay $5.00. It costs me around AU$7.50. Registered shipping to USA, Canada, Asia. You pay $15.00. It costs me more than AU$22.00. Registered shipping to Europe and the rest of the world. You pay $20.00. It costs me over AU$28.00.

Free shipping items

If you buy an item that has free shipping and several that don't, your parcel will be shipped free of charge to you.

Shipping time

We aim to send your parcel out on the same day if its possible. If not, it will go out the following day. I work full time as well as run this and very occasionally life will happen to me and it may be up to two working days after payment before your parcel goes out but this is very unlikely. Over 90% of the time parcels paid for by 2.30pm my time Monday to Friday go out the same day.

My guarantee

If at any point I ever charge you more than it costs me to ship, I will refund your shipping 100% and you get free shipping on your order. Just let me know and I will refund you immediately.

PAYMENT

We prefer PayPal payment from confirmed and verified members. If you prefer to pay cash and pick up, please let me know.

RETURNS

This is my promise to you. If you receive your items and don't feel they are what you thought you would get, or your just not 100% happy please message me via the link below and let me have a chance to make it right before filing a problem with eBay. All I ask for is a day or two to respond back to you with a simple solution for your problem. If I cant make it so your 100% happy (Not going to happen if you let me have a chance) then you still have lots of time to contact eBay. eBay will see all communication between us and you wont lose anything. I have contacted eBay myself to confirm and they told me this is a good way to sort out any issues. Returns are never a problem. I will let you know the return address. Please just sent the item's back in the condition they arrived in. As soon as I get them back, I refund you in full. I appreciate your business, and really appreciate the chance to fix problems.

How much is your item REALLY worth? Is this guy ripping me? I don't know much about opal.

People ask this all the time, if you go to your local jeweler and tell them you bought something on eBay many will tell you that you got ripped off without even looking at it because a lot of retail jewelers resent eBay for bringing transparency to the gem and jewellery market. If you REALLY want to know how much you would have to pay in a retail store. Bring in the item(s) you purchased and tell them that you got it/them as a gift/inheritance etc and want one to match for your daughter/mother/wife/sister/friend and you need them to get one for you to match it. THEN you will see what kind of prices they will charge and you will see how much the item is really worth. Then you can see how good a deal you got from me and I am sure you will be back again and again.
