RETURNS INFORMATION

We offer a 30 day (RTB) Return To Base warranty. Any additional manufacturer warranty would be dealt with by the relevant manufacturer.

Please notify us in the first instance, of the fault, within the agreed warranty period either in writing or by email. The item will need to be packed and returned to us at your expense and a replacement will be sent back to you at our expense.
