A beautiful Japanese ginbari dark green cloisonné vase with four bamboo trees captured beneath the enamel surface.
With silver plate rims to the top and the bottom and stamped with the Ando dai.. Ando Jubei (1876–1956) was a Japanese cloisonné artist from Nagoya, Japan. Along with Hayashi Kodenji, he dominated Nagoya’s enamelling industry in the late Meiji era and continued to do so into the Showa reign.
In fantastic condition and displays brilliantly, a difficult item to photo due to the glare.
