Swarovski Lovlots Sealife - Johnny der Pinguin - 1115219

The Swarovski Sealife Johnny piece is a delight to own and display. This fabulous little penguin is sure to add a touch of sparkle to any room in the house. He has been carefully crafted from a piece of pale blue Light Azore Aurore Boreale crystal which is fully faceted to catch and reflect both natural and artificial light to create a dazzling rainbow toned sparkle that will bounce around the room. The penguin’s beak has been made from a rich orange/red toned crystal known as Fireopal Moonlight crystal and his eyes are Jet black crystal. The Swarovski Sealife Johnny piece looks great when teamed with other pieces from the Swarovski Sealife collection.

Dispatch details 

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it within one or two working days after dispatch All orders are dispatched by UPS Standard or UPS express.

Lost or damaged parcels 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during the shipment, please notify us as soon as possible to enable us to investigate.

Where possible we will issue either a full refund or a replacement.

Import tax

You are responsible in familiarize yourself with the import taxes in your country before making overseas purchases.

If you fail to pay the required taxes, any items returned will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that we do NOT cover the cost of import taxes charged by your country.

We strongly advise against rejecting a parcel during the import stage. Currently the statistics for a parcel becoming lost due to rejection sits at a 90% high, if this happens no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure the safe return of the parcel.

If you choose to reject a parcel due to failing to familiarise yourself with your countries import charges and want to guarantee a refund for the item, you will be required to pay those charges, accept the parcel, and then arrange and pay for your own return postage.
